For more than three decades, Stacy Collette has helped individuals, teams, and organizations navigate change, growth, and new opportunities. Known for her ability to listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, and uncover possibilities others may overlook, she brings that same approach to interior design.

At Element 8 Interiors, design is a partnership. Stacy works closely with clients to understand not only how they want a space to look, but how they want it to feel and function. Her artistic eye, combined with a talent for understanding people, allows her to create environments that are both highly personal and unexpectedly inspiring.
